Lego’s Sonic the Hedgehog set becomes reality Jan. 1

Not only Super Mario turns through the clamping member world, even Sonic will not leave a stone on the other from the next year.

After Super Mario, the Blue Hedgehog Sonic now gets his own Lego set. The Lego Group has now announced the new LEGO Sonic The Hedgehog Green Hill Zone set. This is a detailed representation of one of the most famous Sonic levels of all time. In contrast to the sets of Super Mario, the model of the 24-year-old British fan Via Wrangell is responsible and not Sega. He has designed the model about the Lego Ideas platform and after more than 10,000 votes for the project have been received, LEGO started working on the true set.

The LEGO Sonic The Hedgehog Green Hill Zone set consists of 1,125 Legos and has some Easter Eggs to offer. For example, TV screens for super speed and shields are available. There are also Minifigures by Sonic, Crab meat, Motor Bug, Dr. Eggman and the Phantom Ruby. In addition, a 10-ring box, gold-colored rings and a technique lever are included in the set. For example, you can catapult Sonic and friends in the air.

The LEGO Sonic The Hedgehog Green Hill Zone set is available from 1 January 2022 in the Lego stores and online at a price of just under 70 euros.
