What is King's Bounty 2?

King's Bounty has always been a mix of round strategy and role play. This does not change with the new part, but it tends again to the RPG direction as its predecessors. If you have always considered the events from a bird's eye view, King's Bounty 2 sets a third-person view. You control your character directly with the keyboard or the Gamepad, as if you would play a The Witcher 3. So you explore the semi-open game world. There is no real Open World, but you can just discover some secrets and tackle various side quests.

Apart from the change of perspective, King's Bounty 2 remains quite loyal to the formula of the series. She still struggles alone for the good, but average a army. People, elves, trolls and other creatures can be recruited. There are a variety of unit types that all have their own skills. IC Entertainment has already developed King's Bounty: The Legend and its successor Armored Princess.

Which platforms seem King's Bounty 2?

The predecessors are only published for the PC, with King's Bounty 2 enters the series for the first time console paths. The game comes at the same time for the PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One, and even the Nintendo Switch.

Which versions are there?

King's Bounty 2 is available on the PC in three different versions. In addition to the standard version, there are the just five euros more expensive Lord's Edition and the Duke's Edition for which you have to pay a surcharge of ten euros. The more favorable special edition contains various in-game bonuses. These include special weapons, armor, entity King's guard dogs and the premium package Heroes & Rogue. The Duke's Edition includes all the extras of Lord's Edition Plus a digital artbook and the soundtrack of the game.
